I mostly agree with dvs7310. Their seats were top tier in the mid-90s. They are just now being replaced with (almost) lie flat seats. As they've discontinued selling F class on their planes with older seats (all but one), there's a chance of getting an F seat. They are quite comfortable for me.

Service is efficient & the FAs speak excellent English. Food is ok but presentation is not on par with more expensive airlines. PTV is mediocre, but he has a 1 in 4 chance of getting the bird with new seats & AVOD.

If you have to connect to T1 or T3 it's a nightmare.

I think PR a good value & their FF program has good benefit IF you only fly on PR.
