Fuel surcharge ex-Japan is changed every 3 months based on average price of Singapore kerosene last 3 months.
If this pil price trend continues, it will be 130 USD/longhaul segment instead of todays 172 USD/longhaul segment for ticketing from 1 Jan 2009.
