The aircraft recently changed from a 744 to the dreaded 743.
What is showing for QF 25 MEL-AKL-LAX ? The aircraft turns around as QF26. The week before Xmas is a peak travel time. I am booked MEl-AKL on QF25 19 Dec. QF Manage my Booking has a message "Contact your Travel Advisor" under upgrade status in my reservation. hmmm I have 100% success rate in upgrading with points MEL-AKL on QF25, which is why I chose that flight. QF25 is showing as B747-338 (EUD) seat map for my reservation
