Have a ticket booked in B class BKK-NRT-IAD UA 016 stock NH codeshares. Paid around $1600 one way from a TA at KWI.. The TA says nonrefundable on the itenerary. I need to cancel/refund this, and the TA of course won't return email, and I cannot get through to anyone helpful on the phone. Mind you this is typical with Kuwait I have found, as I had the same problem quite some time ago. How can I seek a refund? This is B class, and I am willing to pay a fee or what not. UA reffers me back to the TA. Years ago when I had the same problem, I managed to get a check from United although it took months...
