I need to get in touch with Mr. Paul Loo, the general manager of the CP oyalty program, to work with cathay paciifc in conducting surveys for our research data.

Is there any cathay employee who can get me an email or mailing address to get in touch with Mr. Paul Loo or any senior management who have the authority to approve such a project.

We were hoping to offer asiamiles as an incentive for survey participants.
I tried to call MPC but kept getting the line terminating after all the automated messages.
