I called OZ, and they want a copy of the original ticket as well as a passport photo. Sounds pretty cumbersome to me. Is this par for the course?
No experience with this but the OZ ways are strange sometimes. No idea why they want a photo.
Just send them ticket copies, cancellations etc and see what they do.
