Post United passengers injured in turbulence (KIX-SFO)
SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- United Airlines reports that 7 passengers aboard United Airlines flight 886 from Osaka, Japan, to San Francisco, suffered injuries because of turbulence Tuesday morning.

They were flying in a Boeing 747 carrying 270 passengers and 15 crew members.

Flight 886 was on a 12-hour flight when it encountered the turbulence somewhere over the Pacific Ocean.
