Common Practice
I've been a reader on FT for quite some time, and usually don't bother posting. But I thought I'd see if anyone else has had this experience?
From what I've seen on my travels in Europe, it's common practice in every airport to 'pat-down' everyone. Was a bit of a shocker when I first moved to England from Canada, but have gotten used to it. It's pretty awkward, because they literally pat down 'every' part of your body -- I know it's security, and I'm 100% fine with that. But it's just so.....perhaps thorough is the word. Anyone else experience this, at least in Europe?
