On an LH flight from FRA-BOS, they were using regular silverware (knives and all) which brought the first class back in First Class. I heard NW uses them in F and C classes on international flights to the U.S.

Will we ever see them again on UA flights? Frankly with air marshalls aboard, stainless steel knives are the least of my worries.
