Like EZE living I infer the OP has a one-time pass good only for the RCC. Besides, the lounges in the international terminal may only be accessed when outbound and the OP is arriving in SFO, then transferring to LAX.

Oh, and FWIW Mrs. Fredd feels you should consider hitting the FRA RCC early to "kick it" if it's the free bar that sounds appealing.
