Sounds like you're using a RCC pass, not *A gold. Too bad since I actually like the LH lounges in FRA.

The United lounge does offer a couple decent bottles of beer (both pilsner, I think) and a handful of liquor bottles. The food, however, is terrible. Think peanuts, maybe yogurt, and some other small hand foods. Certainly nothing prepared or nourishing.

I'll go there if I have to discuss something with the UA agents but then high-tail it back to the LH lounge. The security check-point that used to exist as you enter the C terminal from the B terminal isn't there anymore so it's easier to get back and forth between the lounges.
