If you are a Star Gold you could visit any of these lounges via your international ticket and your Star Gold card.

However, the SFO RCC is one of the best in the system (especially the one in the international terminal).

However, the international RCC's are the best, specifically NRT. Not sure about FRA. Do I search, I recall hearing that it is often very busy.
