I used SPG50 last August. Rate was 185,000++. Wonderful room's rack rate is 390,000. So I believe your 50% certificate is not applied. As BRAHMS77 said, studio suite's rack rate is 800,000++. So, I also believe your room was booked by Studio Suite, not wonderful room. I don't understand this matter. Anyway, hope your trouble be fixed!
