Thanks. I didn't even know that location existed (was inaccessible industrial land the last time I frequented the north shore) for hotel purposes. Going to be pretty bleak located in auto mall land but then so are a lot of HGIs, Homewood Suites and the like.

As for these two projects, there's been precious little publicity so I doubt these projects will be completed in the next 3-4 years, if they get going at all.
