Oh no! That's awful, I'm so sorry to hear that. I really hope you'll take the time to let the company know, especially that you WATCHED it happen. I've noticed that even though the carts have those tarp covers, many of them are splitting or don't really cover the luggage. It's so important that these things be documented.
