I wont fly anywhere over 5 hours in Y.

Why? Because I wouldnt do it when paying for myself. Im 6' 2" and find any time in Y above 5 hours incredibly uncomfortable - physically and mentally debilatating ; whilst on business Im still being expected to work the day after a night flight.

In addition, travelling for work impacts on my personal time (one way or another) and therefore if my company requires me to travel to perform my duties they need to make sure Im suitably compensated in the form of the environment I travel in.

The 'never again' moment came for me when travelling LHR-CDG-KIX in Y...3 times in 7 weeks.

If you want to inflict physical discomfort on me in order that I do my job....find someone else to do it.
