I tried it once, and there was some availability problem, so I complained after having to wait 40mn, even though I had booked a specific time on the web site. A few minutes later, the attendant gave a phone call and then guided me to a black cab that drove me to my hotel in Canary Wharf, at no additional charge. More than adequate resolution of the problem in my opinion.
