I am considering purchasing two business select tickets when they go on sale Thursday for my upcoming trip. I am doing this for several reasons. I do have a question for those who have purchased business select tickets in the past and cancelled them.

If I purchase business select tickets, everything that I have read states they are fully refundable. Great, but what exactly is fully refundable to SWA? Cash refund (or credit to credit card company) or credit for future travle on SWA?
