As does BA of course with the GGL (Gold guest list) level AND the premier level both of which are by invitation only. And as a BA Gold you are still excluded from the Concorde room at LHR much as you are from the First class terminal in FRA as a LH SEN.
I agree it's an impossible question to answer. I'd say it depends on who you fly, where you fly from, where you fly to, what class you fly, what type of service you like, etc. etc.
If you can, go for both!
