That's a good idea... waiting to see if there is a delay. I need to clarify though... If I monitor the flights from home on the website and if I see any kind of delay at all (even just 10 minutes), can I call in and request a refund?
For instance, if it was supposed to leave at 4:30 and the status is changed to Now 4:50, is that enough to get me a refund on the basis that the flight no longer meets my requirements? Will they ask if I'm at the airport and "call my bluff?"
At least with US Airways, the one thing you can almost count on is a delay...
