Company TA receives £70 credit from BA. Rather than just keep quiet, they query it and find out that
bmi Gold upgraded himself at the airport, in direct contravention of the company travel policy.
I sincerely hope that's not the case but from what some posters have said about the recent sale fares, that would certainly get the beancounters and HR team busy at some places...
