I am hoping to travel SIN-NRT-HNL on 30/1 using my friend's companion passes. With a five-hour transit in NRT, am wondering if I can get access to the Red Carpet Club lounge with my Star Gold card. Will the lounge staff allow me entry based on my standby status at NRT? Does anyone have a similar experience?

Secondly, does anyone know the typical load for end-Jan travel for SIN-NRT-HNL routes? Me hoping for a biz class seat on the buddy passes.
