Food at lunch and dinner is OK, better than on an intra-European flight in C on most airlines. Breakfast, OTOH, is nothing special, imo.
For only 20GBP, imo, it is worth it. Unless the train has got a light load (which fewer have at the moment with the reduction in frequencies), the extra space is also welcome.
