If the international flight is an AA flight, then AA rules apply, and it is as you state. if the international flight is a non-AA Oneworld flight, then Oneworld rules apply. Oneworld regards lounges as departure lounges, not arrival lounges, so you have F lounge access before the international F segment but not after, and certainly not after a domestic leg following an international F segment. Doesn't mean that nobody will ever get in, but we are not entitled to entry under those circumstances. Reportedly helps to be cute and on a honeymoon.
