I have just come off CX888 in first (A class) changing onto AA1 in first (A class).

I thought I would have access to the Flagaship lounge in JFK based on coming off CX in first, but was refused, I was however allowed into AC. I know I don't qualify for AA1 as this is in A class, but thought the international CX in first would do.

Is this correct?
