Does the entire value of the voucher have to be used within 1 year of the original date of cancellation (ie: subsequent purchases won't extend the life of the voucher)? Can the voucher be used to purchase tix for other people (friends and family) other than the original pax?
Question 1: Yes, you must use the entire voucher amount in the 12 months following the date of issue. Subsequent purchases do not extend the life of the voucher.
Question 2: Yes, I'm pretty sure you can use the voucher to purchase tickets for other people. It's effectively like cash.
