Haven't been to the Flagship lounge, but my first visit to AC in LHR T3 was little over a week ago and think it's also the pits.

The bathrooms were plain, dirty, and had run out of soap! The staff wasn't staying on top of coffee, preferring instead to chat on the phone instead of poking their heads out to see if anyone needed anything. The food was a joke, just a few snacks, hardly better than domestic AC's.

Having just visited BA Galleries in T5 (as a OW Sapphire) a few days prior ^^, I found the whole experience at AC T3 to be a let-down. The AAngels were nice enough, though.

I'm hoping to avoid LHR T3 in the future, especially the way the passengers are herded onto the flights (not AA's doing, I'm sure). I especially dislike the last bit of walking down a prison-like corridor with reminders that there's no restroom facilities beyond a certain point.
