Recently spent time in the nasty LHR flagship lounge in terminal 3. What a joke that lounge is. Horrible food (extremely bad selection compared to LAX flagship), very dirty restrooms that look like they haven't been updated since the 1970s, uncomfortable chairs that look like a herd of elephants sat in them recently. I could go on. Anyone else agree?
