hmm i have a situation, right now im in poland and in late august I did the dumb thing by showing my us passport in denmark (Schengen) instead of my dowod osobisty (ID card). The only way I can avoid problems at the border I understand is if I leave by christmas (90 days) or if i get a polish passport (i only have the id card, no adress, but valid), or if i get a Usa visa from warsaw. I was wondering what I should do if I don't go home for xmas and go to the border control showing my us passport with entry longer than 3 months(i.e. feb or summer) telling them that I'm a eu citizen too? Do i need to get a polish passport/usa visa now? I have a problem with going home since I bought a kitten she's 5 weeks old and has no vaccinations yet and I understand you need the animal to reside in the country for 6 months prior to leaving...hmm what should i do buy the ticket home leave cat, or stay with cat and get polish passport/usa visa/do nothing and say I'm a european too!
