ONE, was actually moving a flight from 10:00 AM outbound to 06:00 AM outbound and making connections? can you believe that. Forget the fact that we lose our exit rows seat EACH TIME, but having to move up FOUR hours in the AM would be crazy.
Again, each time, NO NOTIFICATION AT ALL!
You have to be really proactive about this.
Was the schedule change noted on My Itineraries on .bomb? I have Christmas flights that have now been changed twice (today I note they've changed a third time on four out of the six legs); one of the changes had the outbound flight with a completely different routing. Each time the schedule change has shown up on .bomb, which I check daily. If you don't call to confirm the schedule change, they will eventually call with a recorded message and confirm them for you, even if you don't answer the phone.
