Almost correct - the HEX serves as the no-charge shuttle between the T1-2-3 (Central) station and the T5 station. The Connect serves as the no-charge transport to and from T4.

Also, the one-way HEX fare is ~GBP 16.50, although there was (as of last month) a 14% discount available if booking online HEX tickets via the ANA website:
