Agreed in general, but I new staff in exec. lounge are lacking. One day three of them were chatting and laughing not paying attention to guests at all - seemed more like displaced American teenagers (no slur intended) than professional staff.

Was told no ug available by staff but when I spoke with manager downstairs amazingly there was one All in all the food quality in the lounge seems much less than before and the service is amateurish - but hopefully at least the service will improve!

I wonder what happened to the nice, attentive staff they used to have there?
