Makes me recall a survey they did a few months ago (don't recall the topic) that was very poorly worded and did not allow enough characters to expand on your answers. It was a really poor survey and was universally slammed here on the board.

As for the Airbus 380, I recall seeing some type of proposed seating configuration months ago . . . F, C, and Y. If ever there were a long-haul aircraft that could (and should) support a Premium Economy class . . .

Why is Premium Economy the forgotten step-child? It is more than just an answer to an aircraft weight problem on long-haul North American nonstops. It is a viable product on intercontinental flights, if they would expand and promote it.
