I'm impressed. I find the process very smooth - I've used the terminal a few times and have never had to queue for more than a couple of minutes at either checkin or security. I appreciate that wont be the same for everyone.

My dad uses a wheelchair and we have always had great service and support from staff. The terminal is well designed and my dad can push himself around independently from the car park to the plane if he wants to.

Without getting too gushy, I'm proud to think foreign visitors are arriving into T5 - I think it's a really positive welcome to the UK.
