Hi guys. I currently have a Diamond Club visa credit card which I use to build up my destination miles (I have built up about 50,000 destination miles in 6 months but am still a blue member).

I only do a handful of flights per year, so am relying on destination miles to get flights whilst not enjoying the benefits of greater status within the scheme.

If Diamond Club is amalgamated into Miles & More, which is the best alternative frequent flyer scheme with which to build up miles with the associated credit card? I am UK-based, so it would need to have a credit card available here.
