What do think of the email questionnaire to ROP clients asking for input on the seating requirements for their new A380?
Should they have bothered- "leather or fabric" "fully or totally enclosed suites" etc, with Y or N reply boxes.
They need full market research of their F users before even sketching out their basic designs or they will end up with an expensive c..k up.
