I was upgraded to a Business Class-room at Radisson SAS in Riga. Showed my EBG-card at check-in, but I never specifically asked for an upgrade. About an hour after I checked in, a nice girl from the hotel staff knocked on the door, handing me a personalized signed welcome message + a box of chocolate and some water.

Better recognition than I've ever got with SAS...
