Also, in addition to the codes, can't the people collecting cards randomly send people to secondary? I have a feeling this has been done to me before - I know that I've had the same code when once sent to secondary, and another time when waved through.
That could be possible for the Canadian ones....the US ones are definitely a fixed list. I know because I've seen it. Only a glance though, not actually enough time to read through it and absorb anything.
Also, I've NEVER been flagged over with PG on my card heading state side, only when it shows IR (I haven't had anything besides PG or IR.)
