Yep, it's my honeymoon. I've got until September to see if another A seat opens up. The fiancée is not thrilled with how things stand at the moment.

I was in the exact same situation (I believe I posted in this thread about it). Good luck for another F opening up for you...I didn't see it in almost 8 months though, even with EF!
Anyhow, you will most likely have no trouble trading your F seat for a Biz seat at the gate: that was an option they gave us without having to work it out yourself in the cabin. I would consider doing it one way (perhaps the outbound). Ask what the cabin load is first. On ours their was no one else in F and it was remarkable having the cabin just to ourselves. ^ Plus, I was able to parlay it into an upgrade on the return without paying either.
