If you fly AY, you will need to change terminals and I am unsure what the current lounge facilities are, although it will not be as comfortable as the CCR, I would strongly suspect. I am sure that someone will be able to give you some experience of the AY lounge.
Does not HEL with BA go from T1..moving to T3? So CCR is not an option. Also unsure when new T3 Lounge Opens. But hopefully it will be operational by Mid 2009.
Suggest if OP has UK Entry aproval. Check Bags to HEL, Immigration and First Arrivals Lounge at T5 for shower and full breakfast, then HEX to T3and which airline OP is happiest with. I'm assuming AY and BA will be sharing a Lounge at T3 YMMV
