If you fly BA to HEL, I am pretty sure that you should be able to use the CCR, because of your previous flight in F.

If you fly AY, you will need to change terminals and I am unsure what the current lounge facilities are, although it will not be as comfortable as the CCR, I would strongly suspect. I am sure that someone will be able to give you some experience of the AY lounge.
