To be honest, they were nice enough but pretty lame about this. I was very happy that it did not turn out to be something that really needed an urgent trip to an ER. When I called the desk they offered to send an MD over (since I am one I knew that what would be needed would require labs, X-Ray etc.) and when I said I did not think that would work they told me the hospital opened at 9 am and they would send someone to give me directions. About 15 minutes later someone came with a map.

To be fair to them although I said I might have a serious emergency I may have sounded calmer than I felt. As it turns out Mr. mstraveler just fainted for some reason, but I felt like I trusted the FlyerTalk to help out in an emergency than this Four Seasons! (Will post a hotel trip report f/u to my thread on the luxury forum when I get back.)
