You can always stay at ORD Hilton, which is "attached" to the airport, but will have to clear immigration and depending on your currency (GBP or Euros) it may be cheap or not so much

Nevermind, just saw that you were flying from PHX.
In this case, why not fly into Las Vegas and double your holiday money?
