each acct did not the need the 460 (remember train tkts earn 2x pts) or any part of the 460 to reach the whole # of pts transferring. So w/o the tkt I had say 5010 pts and transferred 5k
as for Cheating thats what AGR did when all of a sudden we woke up in May to learn , no more transfers w/o having at least purchased a tkt for $200 min
again in our case since Amtrak was the 1 to have cancelled the outbound train they cant expect us to still travel if it doesnt fit into our plans

, so Im not worried about having to use the miles up ASAP, in case they wanted to take them back from CO, which I doubt they would do.
In this instance it happened to end up as a Legit reason to cancel the tkt
