The motivations behind my question is not important. This is a forum for sharing information and advice.
Think of it this way... AC has to treat same-sex common law couples as it treats opposite sex common-law couples. So if you or your patner needs info on what docs will be required by AC he does not have to come out of the closet to ask. The docs/proof required would be exactly the same as what would be required of an oppposite sex couple.
