Second time I've flown this route this year, and both times the menu has been lacking in decent food.

Perhaps they are catering to the Indian customers on the route, but the meal choices for both the lunch on departure and the "snack" prior were absolutely awful.

I accept that beef is not an option on the route, but how about a good chicken breast etc. For the lunch service, it was some chicken slop entre. Good thing I filled up in the F lounge before boarding.

I know one doesn’t' choose BA for the food, but I practically go without eating on the BOM flights and that's unusual for me.
