I also booked a ticket on line last night which I have now decided to cancel (found a better fare). Called Cust Serv who initially told me I couldn't cancel, but then I quoted from the website which ScroogeMcFlyer provided, and she said she would speak to a supervisor who then cancelled my ticket and refunded my money.
