There are two variables when it comes to package delivery to hotels: Where in the hotel it will be delivered and whether or not you will be charged by the hotel for receiving it.

In general, the larger the hotel the more likely it will be delivered not to the front desk but to the receiving dock or the "business center" and the more likely there will be a service charge.

For example, if it is a Courtyard it will be received by the front desk and they won't charge you. If it a LAS hotel on the strip, it will go to the biz center and you will be charged.
