I wouldn't worry about it for now, give it a couple more days. When is yr departure? Call them if it gets too tight. Sometimes it takes longer to issue one and there could also be backlog. My experience is that it takes about 1 week or so.

I don't recall they pass the e-ticket # to credit card center, as least I have never seen it on my statements.
