Flights confirmed but no e-ticket receipt yet
I redeemed two tickets on the CX website using AsiaMiles a week ago. I received email confirmations with the confirmation codes, but I never received e-ticket receipts. I see the tickets charged on my credit card, but when I gave CX the ticket numbers, they could not locate them.
I'm not sure if I should be worried about the bookings or if the AsiaMiles center is still processing them. Any thoughts?
